MT100B is a volumetric type flow meter with pistons. It has been specifically redesigned from its italian origins to measure the flow of LP Gas in the liquid phase, and may also be used for many other liquids. The design and materials used assure good wear and corrosion resistance, accuracy in the measurement at any delivery speed, steadiness of calibration and low maintenance costs.

Europump LPG Master meters are the fast, reliable and efficient devices for calibration and measurement of commercial LPG Dispensers. Electronic Master meters include ATC (Automatic Temperature Correction). With mass-meter versions it is also possible to measure mass and density in real time.

Europump master meters are rugged, compact, simple to operate and have proven their reputation by weight and measurement authorities of several governments.

With this kind of equipment it is possible to determine the vapor pressure and weight of the liquid simultaneously with a single reading. Based on the data with the value of pressure measured on the pressure gauge it is possible to determine the percentange of propane and butane in the LPG mix.

Calibration is the process of finding a relationship between two unknown quantities (when the measurable quantities are not given a particular value for the considered amount, or a standard for the quantity is not found). When one quantity is known, which is made or set with one device, another measurement is made in as similar a way as possible with the first device using the second. The 700 series rotary flow meter has a simple and efficient meter design consisting of housing and three rotors that rotate in unison within the measuring chamber. The absence of wear, from no metal-to-metal contact inside the chamber, eliminates any deterioration in accuracy and provides a long service life. The rotors are supported by bearings inserted into two bearing plates, where at the end of each rotor shaft is a timing gear. The timed rotation between each rotor is then transferred through the calibration adjuster to the register, which will then give a consistent and superior measurement of accuracy.

Rotogages® are designed to provide an accurate determination of LPGas or anhydrous ammonia container contents. They mount in a standard 1” NPT coupling on large mobile or stationary containers.To operate the Rotogages®, the vent valve is opened and the dip tube rotated slowly from the container vapor space to the liquid space. The difference in appearance of the discharge indicates when the liquid level is reached. Dial readings then indicate the percentage of product in the container.

The operation of Magnetostrictive Level Probe is based on the principle denominated Wiedemann effect

and allows a continuous and highly accurate reading of the level of liquids inside a tank.

A high frequency electric impulse is generated by the electronic device. In the exact point of intersection

with the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet housed in the fl oat, a mechanical impulse

caused by the magnetostrictive torsional deformation is generated. The mechanical impulse travels at the

speed of sound in the wave guide up to the detector located in the measuring housing.

By measuring of the time elapsed between the sending of the initial signal and its return the exact position

of the floats along the rod is defined with 0,01 mm. resolution.

The operation of Magnetostrictive Level Probe is based on the principle denominated Wiedemann effect

and allows a continuous and highly accurate reading of the level of liquids inside a tank.

A high frequency electric impulse is generated by the electronic device. In the exact point of intersection

with the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet housed in the fl oat, a mechanical impulse

caused by the magnetostrictive torsional deformation is generated. The mechanical impulse travels at the

speed of sound in the wave guide up to the detector located in the measuring housing.

By measuring of the time elapsed between the sending of the initial signal and its return the exact position

of the floats along the rod is defined with 0,01 mm. resolution.

The IMQ certification in accordance to the standards CEI EN50194 guarantees the quality of these gas detectors.

In presence of gas concentrations, the alarm lights up and emits a loud signal, and thanks to the output relay it is possible to manage the closing of the solenoid gas valve.

Gas solenoid valves are designed to be combined with any gas detection system, that allow shutting off of the main outlet when an emergency situation is detected.

The solenoid valves are installed on the gas piping and attached with a gas detector. They interrupt the gas flow in an emergency situation.

The electro-valve is generally connected behind a filter, upstream of the regulation apparatus and preferably outside the measurement zone. It should be installed with the arrow facing the user. To reset the solenoid valve, check that the coil is receiving current and pull the reset knob after having unscrewed the protection cap, and screw it back in when the operation is finished.
