Polymethine stains DNA/RNA, however important is

staining including RNA, and the use of these reagents make supra vital staining possible. Beside the information of - Cell volume - Intracellular components ,nucleus and granularity we get also information about the Cell Activity - Replication activity of the nucleus

4. If the differences are not stable after the 5. repetition, there will be no separation of WBC populations (grey area).

5. Adaptive Cluster Analysis System is done for all counted leucocytes (f.e. 25.670 cells, if the WBC concentration is 25,67 x 10^3/µL).

6. Result: Very exact differentiation, compared to flowcytometrie and the manual mikroscopic differential.

7. Result: Good differentiation even in pathological and older samples (24 h).
