What is a Key Performance Indicator?

Measure that provides administration with the most important performance information to enable them or their stakeholders to understand the performance level of the organization 

How to develop Key Performance Indicators:

1. Analyze mission/vision of your organization2. Identify all your stakeholders3. Define your goals

*To measure progress toward your goals, Key Performance Indicators are then developed

Key Performance Indicators must:

Reflect the organization’s goals Be key to the organization’s success Be quantifiable (measurable)
