Additional Information Accommodations: In general, we provide three star rated hotel accommodation in Kathmandu as per our inclusive cost of Everest Three Passes Package Trip. However, it is possible to upgrade or degrade the level of accommodation in Kathmandu as per the client’s preferences. During the entire trekking your accommodation will be arranged in Comfortable Tea Houses. Accommodations will be arranged in Single, Double, Triple or Twin – Sharing Basic as per your requirements. Meals: Our organized package trip covers inclusion of all meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) during the entire trek and BB Plan in Kathmandu. Wide varieties of food including Nepali, Continental, Tibetan, Indian, Italian etc will be offered in the menu. Dinner and Breakfast will be served in the same tea house lodge and en-route we will make a stop for having lunch before heading for next destination. You will be served with hygienic and healthy food ensuring best physical fitness required for the whole trekking. Physical Conditions and Experience Required: Everest Three Passes Trek is an adventurous trekking which is suitable for adventure motivated trekkers and have the ability to walk 6-7 hours per day in high altitudes carrying a light private backpack. Trekking routes of Everest Three Passes comprises of high altitude points reaching more than 5000 meters above the sea level such as - Kongma La Pass at 5535 meters, Cho La Pass at 5420 meters and Renjo La Pass at 5435 meters. We suggest trekkers to maintain physical fitness (jugging, hiking, cycling, gym, etc) prior to a couple of weeks. Mountaineering technical skills are not required for the Everest Three Passes Trek, but previous trekking experience would be highly appreciated. Best Season for Everest Three Passes Trek: 3 months in autumn (September, October & November) & 3 months in spring (March, April & May). These 6 months are considered as best season for Everest Three Passes Trek. Around this time we are guaranteed with warm and favorable weather with clear and inspiring views of the mountains in Everest region. For trekkers who wish to avoid crowd in best seasons we recommend doing the trek in December, January and February. Monsoon Season (June, July and August) will be affected by rains.
