Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m)

Day 02: Sightseeing tour and trek preparation.

Day 3: Kathmandu - Lukla– Phakding: 3-4 hours trek (Trekking times only) (2610m)

Day 4: Phakding–Namche Bazar: 5 - 6 hours (3440m)

Day 5: Namche - Acclimatization Day (3440m)

Day 6: Namche Bazzar to Tengboche (3,860m): 5 - 6 hrs

Day 7: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,4100 m): 5 - 6 hrs

Day 8: Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m): 5 - 7 hrs

Day 9: Lobuche - Gorak Shep (5140 m)-Everest Base Camp (5364 m)-Gorak Shep: 8 - 9 hrs

Day 10: Gorak Shep-Kala Patthar - Pheriche( 6-7 hours) (5550m)

Day 11: Pheriche- Namche (6-7 hours) (4240m)

Day 12: Namche Bazaar-Lukla (2,800m): 6 - 8 hrs

Day 13: Lukla–Kathmandu
