Recently our Founder & CEO, Mr. S. Viswanathan participated andinaugurated ONLINE-2016, The Association of the Department of ComputerSciences, at M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai. The audiencewere awed by his short by inspiring speech on women empowerment. Theevent took place at the college premises on 26th August, 2016. Thememorable occasion was attended by prominent dignitaries, collegeauthorities, staff and students.

In general, Automation or automatic control, is the use of various controllingsystems for operating an equipment such as machinery, processes and otherapplications with minimal or reduced human intervention. Some processescan be completely automated, while some other may need humanintervention at various levels. On an overview, the biggest benefit ofautomation is that it saves labour; however, it is also used to save energy andmaterials and to improve quality, accuracy and precision.

Computers can perform both sequential control and feedback control, andtypically a single computer will do both in an application. They can alsoanalyse data and create reports for operators, engineers and management.
