Data Requirements
• Minimum is– Just need WO’s – default values set at 1hr for each WO if not present
• To use full functionality you will need:-– Calendars– Shifts– Crafts– Labour (with Calendars/Shifts applied)– Properly populated Job Plans– Properly populated PM records– Work OrdersDepending on functionality you utilize– Costs– GIS info– Special tools
• Any other the Scheduling products will show your data visually – warts and all !!• Our advice – spend some time cleaning up your data prior to putting scheduling in place, or better still, keep
it up to date regularly.
