CORPUSD, CORPAUD •  Accounts are reconciled by “natural account”, across all

ledgers in all sets of books. •  There are three different types of account reconciliaAons:

–  Individual: the reconciliaAon of one account across all ledgers –  Group: the reconciliaAon of a group of accounts across all ledgers

–  Business Unit: the reconciliaAon of one account that is contributed to by Financial Analysts from the Business Units.


GL ReconciliaAon Helper Reports •  ReconciliaAon RaAng and Unreconciled Balance Report

–  Shows reconciliaAons that have an unreconciled balance. It can be used to monitor progress of any balance that is not totally reconciled.

•  ReconciliaAon Audit Trail report –  Displays an audit trail of all changes that have been made to all reconciliaAons

•  Cost to Corporate Report –  Outlines for any given account or group of account the joint venture, parAcipaAon factor and Santos share of balances a selected range.

•  ReconciliaAon Status Report –  Shows an overview of the status of individual reconciliaAons.
