2. Determine tone & Style. With objectives firmly in place, we’ll develop the tone and style of the script or narration based on the complexity of the subject matter; the personality and interests of the audience, department and/or organization; and our past experience working with similar organizations. We’ll recommend if your training should be off-the-cuff and clever, serious and intimate or more of an evenhanded presentation of the facts.

3. FinD the riGht technoloGy. There are a number of tools you can utilize to get your message across. Our high-end interactive projects, videos, simulations, checklists and more have engaged users and gotten organizations the results they desired in industries like utilities, service & repair, healthcare and sales & management.

4. outline & inStructional DeSiGn. Based on our conversations with you and any other key subject matter experts within your organization, we’ll create an outline for the eLearning course. The outline will highlight technical information, supporting research and any other particular hot topics that need special attention.

5. Write Script. Approved outline in hand, we’ll begin writing your training script using our proprietary eLearning template. In addition to dialogue, the script will cover everything from general visuals and special photography needs to callouts and case studies. We’ll work closely with you to tweak the script until you’re satisfied with all components.

6. proDuction. The most exciting part of the process for you (and us, too!) is bringing your eLearning to life in production. We’ll use tactics like interface design, audio recording, video, animation and photography to give your training a personality you never thought possible. When production is complete, we’ll submit the final product to you for non-script-level edits. Upon approval, we deliver the final product to you in the proper format.
