ngs The customer services by their staffs are not up to the mark.
Their decoration over there is good but on many occasions their seats and washrooms found to be unclean.
Seats are not very comfortable except the “Club Royale”.
Online ticket purchasing automatically assigns seats and they always give bad locations and it’s not possible to change the location in their counters either.
Quality of their food items available in their food sections are poor compared to the Star Cineplex. Price of the foods is also a bit expensive.
Price of the tickets is higher in comparison with their overall services they are providing.
Recommendations
The management needs to arrange training and development programs for their existing staffs and need to recruit more professional employees for the service.
They should provide standard quality on the seats for their customers which will make comfortable for the customers while enjoying the movie.
While tickets are purchasing through online, they should provide the available seats for the particular show, so that the customers can select the seats they prefer.
They should give importance to improve their food quality and introduce new and affordable pricing strategy for their food items.
They can redesign the pricing of their movie tickets to attract more customers.
