Lvov, died August 17, 1988 in

Lublin.

ofessor of Medicine, one of

the greatest in the world

For 34 years he was head of

the Ophthalmological Clinic of

the University of Maria Curie-

Sklodowska University in

Lublin. Initiated method in

cataract surgery.

He received many awards and

honors, as well as numerous

medals for medical and

educational merit.
