Agility is being able to move and act quickly. If a ball is being thrown to you and you arent where you are supposed to be, you must be agile and move to where you are supposed to be, and think at the same time “I must catch the ball….”

A test you can take for agility is a side shuttle test. First you will do is to make five parallel lines on the floor. They have to be three feet apart.

Make five parallel lines on the floor. They have to be three feet apart. You will start off by standing with the first line to your right. Then your partner says go.

You will slide to the right until your foot goes over the last line. Then you take your left foot and slide till your foot goes over the first line. You will do this exercise as many times as possible in 10 seconds.

When your partner says stop; You freeze on the line your on. Your partner will count up your score. It's one point for each line you crossed in 10 seconds. You'll subtract one point for each time you crossed your feet. Your will do this two times and record the best score.

You will need masking tape or a material to make lines. Make sure they are 2 yards apart, beginning 10 yards from its starting line for a total of 26 yards, distance. You will need to work with a partner, so that your partner can time you and blow a whistle to signal you to stop. The first time you sill attempt this test, it will be your practice without being time; than after you did your first, try it for a score. When you get your score, record it on your record sheet.

 1. At the starting line, stand 2 or 3 steps behind it. 2. When your partner tells you to "go!" run as fast and far as you

can. Your partner will start the stopwatch when you reach the staring line. Your partner will blow the whistle 3 seconds later. When you hear the whistle, do not stop really quick, but slow down.

3. As you finished your run, your partner should mark where you were when your partner blew the whistle after 3 seconds. Measure the distance to the nearest yard line. In the 3 seconds you have ran, your score will be the distance you covered after crossing the starting line.

Power is the ability to move fast with great force. This takes a lot of training and determination.

UFC , Judo, Brazillian Jujitsu, and Karate are popular sports that involve having power.

Use masking tape or other material to make a line on the floor.

Stand with both feet behind the line on the floor. Swing your arms forward, and jump as far forward as possible. Keep both of your feet together. Do not run or hop before jumping.

Have a partner measure the distance from the line to the nearest point where any part of your body touched the floor when you landed.

Do this twice, and record the better of your two scores on a piece of paper.

having good reaction time is necessary to be able to do activities.

You will need yardstick, partner, note, pen, you and your finger.

2. You can sit down or stand up and then your partner can hold yardstick.

3.Your partner has to hold top of yardstick. 4. Your partners thumb and index finger will be placed

between the 1inch mark and the end of the yardstick. Make sure there fingers aren't touching the end of the yardstick.

5. Your thumb and fingers at the 24 inch mark on the yardstick. 

6. Your arm should rest on the edge of a table with  only your fingers over the edge.

7. Have your partner drop the yardstick and measure the distance in which you caught the yardstick

Less than 5 in: Excellent Less than 10: GoodLess than 15: Fair More than 20: Poor

Ask for assistance of a friend to help you during the test.

 Hold a stick in each hand. Have your friend place a third stick

Fly the third stick in the air so that it turns halfway. Catch the third stick with the other 2 you are holding.

Do this five times to the right, and then five times to the left.

Every time you catch it, it equals one point

9-10 = Excellent7-8 = Good 4-6 = Fair

Balance is being able to holdthe body in a precarious position, and in sports, involvesdoing other things along withbeing able to balance

Step 1: Put a yard stick on the floor and stand on top of it Step 2: Lift heals off the floor so that you are standing on the

balls of your feet. Step 3: Continue this for 15 seconds, hold your arms out in

front of you for balance. You must not let your heals touch the ground, Do the test

twice to get an accurate result. 2 Points if you succeed the first or second time Give yourself 3 points if successful both times. Balance test part 2 Step 1: Stand on the yard stick with your feet flat. Step 2: Lift one foot off the yard stick. Step 3: balance for 10 seconds then go back on the balls of

your feet for the last 10 seconds. If you did both correctly give yourself 3 points. If you only did it right once give yourself 2 points.

6 points = Excellent5 = good3-4 = fair

2-0= poor.
