Some thoughts and some experience's• Difficult to discuss the future• Different traditions and governance system• Language is an issue• Difficult to have a comprehensive
approach/understanding• We are dealing with State issues, different kind of
legacy, mandate and ambitions• Need to have a independent discussion• Stick to those stakeholders with mandate
