• Additional targets for 2015-16 • Xiamen, BJ Mandarin, Qingdao, Hangzhou, eClub • all clubs need proactive SR and club Champion

Strengths • Almost 20 year track record with

Weaknesses • Shortage of experienced leaders to

lead “district” • Low public visibility • Banking restrictions • Minimal knowledge of Rotary
