Clipping Masks

Layer contextual menu > Create Clipping Mask

Layer is clipped by the next-down layer in the stack

Shows only parts of the clipped layer that are within the visible area of the masking layer

Effects on the clipping layer appear over clipped layers

Use Styles panel to open/access libraries

Click to apply collections of effects to active layer
