New Instructional Company Solution
� This presentation will cover a new perspective and intervention for a new instructional solution for learning and motivation solutions for new employees in the workplace.

New scheduling system for (CBL’s)
� Team Leads will develop a schedule for their employees to complete their late (CBL’s)/Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
� The goal is for (CBL’s) to be completed by October of each year.
� Human Resources will confirm the schedule with Team Leads
� Team Leads/Manager will inform employees what (CBL’s) need to be completed
Employee schedule to complete their (CBL’s)
� Employee should look for reminder messages on time clock
� Employees will work on their (CBL’s)/SOP’s) every two weeks for 30 minutes per day
� Employees should used their time wisely in completing their required (CBL’s)
� Employee will develop a mnemonic to remember time clock messages
Human Resources Follow-up
� Employees should follow-up with Human Resources during their scheduled time frame
� Employees will verify with Human Resources whether the have any late (SOP’s)/CBL’s) to complete
� Employees will communicate any job-related concerns with human resources.
Computer-based Learning activities (CBL’s)
� The (CBL’s) are located in the � Global Learning Management System
(GLMS)� The Global Learning Management
System provides delivery, assessment and reporting on the full scope of critical learning activities to all associates. In 2013, there were more than 80 million learning activities launched.
Global Learning Management System (GLMS) log-in
� Employee will select the (GLMS) Global Learning Management System link on computer
� Sign in with employee human resources assigned user name and password:
� User name: First name initial, middle initial, last name (e.g. crwoods)
� Password: first and last name initial + store number cw4711
Accessing Employee (CBL’s) on the Global Learning Management
System� Once employee has logged into system,
a screen should appear that show a list of learning activites.

� Safety 1 CBL105 Start Required 02/02/15
� Safety 2 CBL106 Start Required 02/11/15

Registration training for (CBL’s) on the (GLMS)
� Registration for (CBL’s) is for employees with previous years of employment
� New employees are not required for (CBL) registration
� Employees can register for training as instructed
Employee Registration Training (GLMS) Terms
� Training Plans - not required for new employees
� eLearning - employees have the option to access
� Evaluation report - not required for new employees
� Viewing transcripts - not required for new employees
� Completed - is a list of learning activities completed, start date, completion date, and expiration date, score, attended duration of completed activity, and completion status.
� Course catalog - not available at this time
� Tools and Resources - consist of a learner mode page for a quick reference for options to register for training, eLearning, etc.
� Note: employees must check with human resources or supervisor prior to registering for learning/training activities.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’ s)/(CBL’s)
� (CBL’s) /(SOP’s) - are job descriptions of each employee’s job title and position in the company.
� All employees are required to complete the (SOP’s) upon hire and in a timely manner.
� Human should verify with Human Resources if their (SOP) are not completed.
How to access (SOP’s) from the employee WIRE System
– 1. Access the computer learning system
– 2. Select the online WIRE system from the menu
– 3. Select KNOWLEDGE CENTER
– 4. Select Routine Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to view
Computer System Failure
� Employee should contact Human Resources representative to ensure the proper procedure to correct the computer failure
