FUN SUMMER RECIPE: —-SODA POP CAKE—- 1. PURCHASE 1 BOX, ANY BRAND, OF YELLOW OR WHITE CAKE MIX, A 12 OZ CAN OF FRUIT FLAVORED POP (DIET WORKS GREAT TOO), TUB OF WHIPPED TOPPING, AND FREASH FRUIT (STRAWBERRIES, ORANGES, ETC.) 2. PREHEAT OVEN AND PREPARE BAKING PAN ACCORDING TO BOX DIRECTIONS. 3. POUR THE MIX INTO A MEDIUM SIZED MIXING BOWL AND ADD SODA. MIX TOGETHER THOROUGHLY WITH A SPOON OR WHISK. 4. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING ELSE, ALTHOUGH THE BOX MAY CALL FOR IT. PUT BATTER INTO 9X13 PAN AND PLACE IN OVEN. BAKE ACCORDING TO BOX DIRECTIONS. 5. REMOVE CAKE FROM OVEN WHEN DONE AND LET COOL FOR A COUPLE HOURS 6. USE THE WHIPPED TOPPING TO ICE THE CAKE, AND GARNISH WITH FRUIT. 7. ENJOY A LIGHT SUMMER DESSERT!
