• Teachers become facilitators – guiding & coaching participants to inquire, explore, discover & generate new learning
Connectivism
• What we know is less important than our capacity to continue to learn more.
• Learning happens in informal, networked, technology-enabled areas
• Nurturing and maintaining connections is needed to facilitate learning.
Connectivism
• Learning happens in many different ways. Courses, email, communities, conversations, web search, email lists, reading blogs, etc.
• Explicitly addresses how best to learn in today’s world of connectedness & access to ever-changing & expanding knowledge.
