Why Are Study Skills Important?
• Remember and learn new information.• Do well on assignments, homework,
quizzes, and tests.• Pass to the next grade.• Develop life skills - self awareness

• Make Agenda and due dates - homework - assignments - test dates - quiz dates - project.
Write them on a CALANDAR at home
Time Schedule
• Decide how much time you will spend studying after school and how often (30 min. every night, 1 hour 3 nights a week, etc.)
• Designate the specific time of day and the actual days for your study time (4:00-5:00 on Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday, etc.)
