American Trust Bank’s
Text Banking Service
TEXT BANKING: introduction
Customers can enroll into text banking by
accessing their Internet Banking account.
The enrollment is a two-step process.
Step 1: Mobile Banking Enrollment
Step 2: Text Banking Enrollment
STEP 1mobile banking enrollment
Log into Internet Banking, select the Options tab, click on Moblie/Text Settings. Check the box next to enable web access, set text alert options, enter your mobile phone
information and press submit.

Review the enrollment information. If everything is accurate, click Confirm.
If any changes are needed, click Edit.After confirming, a text message will be sent to your mobile phone.

Log into Internet Banking, select the Options tab, click on Moblie/Text Settings and click on the Text Mobile Settings option.

Enter the mobile phone number, select accounts to access via text and create a Mobile Short name for each account. Click Submit.

Review enrollment information. Check I accept these full terms and conditions and click Confirm.

You will then receive a text message.
Respond with the word Yes to complete the
enrollment process.

receive account information
•BalReturns balance for all enrolled accounts
•Bal <account short name> Returns balance for specified account. The account short name is pre-defined when performing the setup steps for Mobile Text.
