Some basic prerequisites
• an innovative and agil structure of NCP at national level
• close cooperation (information flow, training, exchange, etc.) with responsible DGs
• Close cooperation with colleagues from national funding programmes as well as with PD;
• increasing need for strategic intelligence (Cockpit view)
• increasing need to learn from each other (NCP Academy)
• good balance between individual support for applicants and (more strategic) organisational support
