Working as a Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts in Sapa Extrusion India Pvt. Ltd, Kuppam, India, a Multi National Company having the Head Office in Norway and having their presence across 15 countries in Globe, which is engaged in extrusion of aluminium profiles of different types.

Apart from the extrusion unit, I am also taking care of Precision Tubing unit in same location (Kuppam), which is involved in manufacturing of aluminium Precision Tubes (MPE & round tubes) for various sectors across the globe.Job Responsibilities includes

Operational Finance Related Aspects: Review the process of closing of books including Reviewing of Inter Company

transactions & Monthly Reconciliation of Inter Company Accounts and completion of Monthly Reporting to Global resulting in better R2R and P2P processes.

Implemented various procedures to make sure that all the statutory Payments are paid in time and all the Statutory Returns are filed in time viz., Excise, Service Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, VAT / CST, Customs activities including DGFT matters.

Make sure Budgets are completed within time (both Revenue and Capex Budget) and comparing the actual results with budgeted and analyzing the variance to take proper measures

Preparation of various MIS reports which includes Revenue Analysis, Expense Analysis, variance analysis of actual amounts with budgeted and Cash Forecast with actual cash flow and other reports as required by management.

Taking care of Taxation issues which includes Direct, Indirect Taxation & Transfer Pricing including attending assessments with the support of consultants.

Overseeing the Treasury operations which includes managing the CC limits / Term Loans / Buyers Credit etc. and also involved in currency hedging and dealing with forex transactions.

Reviewing and finalizing the costing of the products and help the management on finalizing the new orders and revising the existing orders on timely basis

Monitoring and effective AR and Inventory Management resulting in effective O2C process

Monitoring the Secretarial aspects of the company which involves Conducting Board Meetings, maintaining minutes, filing various documents with ROC etc.
