INNOVATIONWORKSHOPWORKSHOPS IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOUR ORGANISATION ADDRESS A GENERIC OR A SPECIFIC PROBLEM AND WALK AWAY WITH A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING ON HOW TO ADDRESS IT.

SESSION OUTLINE:

Session 1 : Takes participants through a basic set of objectives and understanding on innovation and it’s process

Session 2 : Discusses how to analyse the actual Session 2 : Discusses how to analyse the actual problem and then takes participants through a series of tools to generate ideas on solving the problem. Participants broken into groups to come up with solutions.

Session 3 : Educates participants on how Lean Canvas works, and then uses solutions from Session 2 to cSession 2 to create canvasses per group. Groups to present Canvases
