The numbers here indicate how many votes went for these sell lines- the most popular one was ‘AC/DC alternating directly this winter!’. This indicates that a dramatic event which includes famous bands, with a pun that relates to the band in some form can be appealing to audiences who likes Rock genre:

Conclusion
Overall from this survey, the results had no set patterns and was scattered, but there were some common results which gave me a lot of ideas about what I would want to include in my magazine cover. For example, I may include information about Rock music that is associated with Pop / other genres of music (Eg: Punk rock). However, as the most popular main image was a figure image of one person, this may become impossible. I will definitely mention concert information, such as a chance to meet a Rock star, cheap or limited tour tickets..etc. Also the layout should include the colour theme of red / bright colours combined with black and white, and aim to be imaginative about the main image, and have a clear/unique house style too (Like Kerrang, where the font styles are quite bold / cracked and having a large, medium shot model. I will exaggerate the sell lines a little in order for it to be appealing to my original target audience (teens especially). The reasons for the possible exaggeration / word puns are described above.
I have realised also, that the audiences are looking for something that differentiates from the other same types of Rock magazines. For example, the information about ‘free’ items, or about a chance to meet someone is not very mentioned in magazines so often, I may be able to step into this, to offer something that the other magazines won’t.
