ouroverallwellness.Unfortunately,becauseofthefear

andstigmaoursocietyharborsaboutmentalillness,

manyofusareuncomfortabledealingwiththatpart

ofourlives.So,wemayoverlookwarningsignsthat

weorourchildrenaredepressedoranxious,with

sometimesdisastrousconsequences.

WeinviteyoutoparticipateintheProjectCOPE,a

four-partwellnessseminarforparentsandtheir

teenswithepilepsy.
