YSoft SafeQ terminals enable user identification and easy access to users’ print jobs – and a high level of document security

Users can authenticate via PIN, ID card, username/password, or combinations of those methods. Users can easily complete the assignment of a new card by entering a card activation code or username/password at the printer.
