Please follow these rules to maximize your fun and safety: • Follow the instructions of the lifeguard, park staff and posted signs at all times. Running, profanity, unruly behavior and horse play are not permitted. • All guests must shower before entering the water. • Children under six (6) years of age must be directly attended by a swimming adult eighteen (18 years of age or older), in a swimsuit at all times in the facility. • Diving is not allowed at this park on any attraction or feature. • Proper swim wear is required: bathing suits, board shorts, or swim shirts may be worn. Cotton clothing, denim, basketball shorts, socks, and thong swimsuits are not allowed. • Big floating devices, water wings, water guns, personal chairs and umbrellas are prohibited with the exception of US Coast Guard approved life jackets. • Food and beverage consumption only allowed in designated areas. • Chewing gum, sunflower seeds, alcoholic beverages (during operational hours), grills, lighters, knives or weapons are not allowed inside the facility. • Glass containers of any kind are prohibited. • Do not drink pool water from any of the attractions and/or water features. • Guests who are physically limited, overweight, or those with a history of back, neck, joint or heart problems should not ride some attractions. Expectant mothers should not use most attractions. • All guests who require a diaper or pull ups must wear a swim diaper in pools and attractions. Regular diapers are not permitted in the water. Diapers must be changed in the restrooms. • Use of water attractions, including water features if ill with a contagious disease or loose bowel movements is prohibited. • Tobacco products and illegal substances are prohibited including electronic cigarettes. • Non-service animals are prohibited. • No refunds to include inclement weather. PARK RULES GUEST MAY FOR YOUR SAFETY • Bring swim toys (except for large tubes and rafts). • Bring life preserving devices such as lifejackets (U.S. Coast Guard approved). • Use devices to protect eyes, ears, nose (goggles, earplugs, etc.). Protective gear for eyes, noses and ears are not allowed on climbing walls and slides. • Bring empty water bottle containers. • If you see or experience unsafe conditions at the park please notify a lifeguard or pool attendant.
