•It uses strong reasons to support the goal. (It helps to persuade readers to believe a writer’s ideas)

•The letter is written in correct letter form.

•The voice is positive and polite.

NOTE:Choosing reasons that are powerful and convincing can make readers more likely to agree your goal.
