WHERE AND WHEN CAN YOU FIND US?
Serve as an information point
Supervise the entire application & recruitment process
Handle on-campus housing
Organize Orientation Week
Provide counseling and assistance on administrative matters
Assist in course registration
Serve as liaison with Dean’s Offices and other school’s departments

WHAT DO WE DO?
UPON ARRIVAL EVERY EXCHANGE STUDENT NEEDS TO:

1. Pick up his/her Student ID card
2. Enroll in courses on-line
3. Sign the arrival list
4. Submit a final version of the Learning Agreement
1. Master students – scans via e-mail ([email protected])
2. Bachelor students – 2 hard copies to the International Centre

What to do if you are not able to add a course via the Virtual Dean’s Office in due time, because the course is
‘out of limit’?

1. Check for collisions
2. Send an e-mail to a lecturer/visit the first lecture to collect a signature

1. Finalize course enrolment 2. Submit the Learning Agreement (LA) 3. Once your LA is duly signed, the International
Centre will calculate the payment amount 4. Pay the tuition fee and submit payment
confirmation to the International Centre

Learning Agreement
Erasmus+ Students need to submit Erasmus+ "Learning Agreement for studies" form provided by Sending Institutions
All other Students need to submit either Learning Agrement form provided by their home institutions, or the one available on our website

detailed examination schedule will be available
10 days before examination period
early („zero-term”) exams have to be arranged idividualy with course instructors.

Certificate of attendance - if required by the Sending Institution
DURTION OF THE SPRING SEMESTER:
11.02.2015 – 21.06.2015 (4 months 10 days)

TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS A certificate attesting your grades will be sent to your
home university in July/August (October in case of exam resits)
You have 1 month once the exam session ends to contact the instructors or the Dean’s Office if you notice that your grades in the Virtual Dean’s Office are missing or do not correspond with the grade you received for the exam (mistakes do happen!)
