VSG’s Training Department offers over 50 recognised courses and qualifications, from basic industry induction for new staff, through to the Company’s ILM accredited Management Development Programmes.

As well as providing an industry leading standard of training for our own personnel, VSG is able to deliver training direct to customers, providing a portfolio of courses to support various workplace requirements. Subjects covered range from First Aid and Health and Safety at Work through to Conflict Management and Physical Intervention.

These courses are delivered by VSG’s team of highly qualified, skilled and experienced Trainers and can be accommodated at either our own state of the art training facilities or at a client location.

Many of our courses are accredited to external awarding bodies including NOCN, ILM and BSC which enables us to provide nationally accredited and certified qualifications.

VSG are also able to offer a full training needs analysis service for our clients. This process identifies any skill or knowledge gaps that may exist and brings forward suggestions for improvements. From this, all the parties involved are able to create bespoke training solutions by aligning the skill sets of the personnel to the security requirements of our clients’ business.
