BODYCOMBAT® (60 MINUTE CLASS): [Intermediate & Advanced Fitness Levels] This fiercely energetic cardiovascular workout program is in-spired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Tone and shape mus-cles while burning major calories!
BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT: This workout combines fast-paced old-fashioned butt lifting workouts like squats and lunges, along with some dancing and martial arts moves to get you moving and working your tush. An also surprisingly good cardio workout.
CXWORX® (30 MINUTE CLASS): [All Fitness Levels] Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body, in a 30-minute workout. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.
EXPRESS CARDIO BARRE: Cardio Barre is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.
GRIT CARDIO® (30 MINUTE CLASS): [Advanced Fitness Levels] LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
KICKBOXING (45 MINUTE CLASS): [All Fitness Levels] A high-intensity class that focuses on not only punches and kicks but functional moves. This class targets arms, legs, abs, and back for a truly full body workout. Get ready to sweat and have fun!
METABOLIC CONDITIONING: Metabolic conditioning is a means to train di�erent systems in the body to use the fuel delivered to them more e�ciently. Exercises used during a met-con session are fairly simple and highly modifiable to suit all ages and fitness capacities. The movements used are multi-joint with the purpose of using as much muscle as possible in a short period of time. This creates a larger metabolic response, therefore burning more calories.
PILATES 101 (45 MINUTE CLASS): [All Fitness Levels] This class is a true introduction to Pilates, perfect for anyone who has never taken Pilates before. Based on techniques developed by Joseph Pilates, these mat classes include concentrated work on core strength, body alignment, and muscular balance. Once you’ve tried this class, move on to more advanced work in our Mixed Mat classes or Intro to Equipment Pilates classes.

RISE & RIDE (45 MINUTE CLASS): [All Fitness Levels] Start your morning with an energizing and eye-opening 45 minute SPINNING ® class! Our instructors will be sure to deliver a motivational and challenging ride to get your heart-pumping and your legs working. Leave class feeling invigor-ated and ready to take on your day!
RHYTHM RIDE: RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new RPM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
SPINNING ® (45 MINUTE CLASS): [All Fitness Levels] Pedal your way to a fantastic workout indoors! With the use of stationary cycles, each class is led on a “virtual” outdoor road, complete with a variety of exercises. This class will give you an energizing, calorie-burning, fun workout and it is great for all fitness levels because you will always ride at a self-directed pace.
SPINNING ® POWER HOUR: (60 MINUTE CLASS) [Intermediate & Advanced Fitness Levels] Take your training to the next level. This class will increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness with steeper climbs, longer sprints, and higher intensity intervals.
SPIN ® & ABS (60 MINUTE CLASS): [All Fitness Levels] A 45-minute interval indoor cycling class in Studio 306 followed by a quick but intense 15-minute abdominal workout in Studio 305
STEP & SCULPT: A high-energy interval training class that alternates between intermediate/advanced step choreography with intensive muscle conditioning for a total body workout. TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING (50 MINUTE CLASS): [All Fitness Levels] A total body workout that fuses strength training and cardio intervals to tone your entire body, and get your heart pumping. Classes will incorporate use of hand weights, resistance tubing, body bars, stability balls, BO-SU balls, or body weight movements.
YIN YOGA: Relax and restore as you sink into simple floor poses. Challenge yourself to surrender while bringing mobility to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This class is perfect for beginners, and students of all levels are welcome. YOGA 101 (60 MINUTE CLASS): [All Fitness Levels] This is a basic yoga class and a great introduction to your yoga practice. Perfect for an abso-lute beginner. This class will create a foundation for you to move on to our Instructional Yoga sessions to challenge and deepen your practice.
YOGA FOR RUNNERS: As a complement to demanding running and similar athletic workouts, this yoga class will emphasize flexibility, joint mobility, and releasing tension. Allow your mind to become calm and focused while your body becomes balanced and lengthened.
ZUMBA® (60 MINUTE CLASS): [All Fitness Levels] ZUMBA utilizes a fusion of Latin and International music dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, e�ective fitness system! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Perfect for any fitness level!
