Fees: Participants can enroll in the monthly $30 GEX fee or the $20 add-on option with yearly
fitness center membership pass. Class drop-in fees $5/w card and $7 w/o card.

Class Descriptions Beginner Cycle: Have you ever wanted to try a cycle class but were worried you wouldn't know what to do? Now’s your chance to learn from
scratch on proper set up and technique while also getting a great workout! Geared toward novice cyclists but all are welcome. Remember to
bring a towel and water bottle.
BLT: Tighten those glutes, strengthen those legs and firm up those abs. This class will consist of low impact exercises and resistance training
to improve and lean out your muscles. Get that body bathing suit fit.
CORE & Cardio: 25 minutes of solid core exercises followed by 25 minutes of easy to follow energizing low impact cardio exercises. This
class is great for all skill levels.
Cardio Drumming: Cardio Drumming aka POUND- is an upbeat, energetic full body workout for all ages. Get ready to sweat, make noice and
release that inner rock star. This rock out/work out will have you lost in the music and feeling stronger than ever
Fit for All: 55 minutes of easy to follow low impact nonstop movement and resistance training to challenge and train every major muscle
group. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Fit for All Ages: A low impact total body toning class. Improve balance, increase strength and flexibility in this rhythmic easy to follow dance
inspired exercise class suitable for everyone.
Flow Yoga: A continuous slow flow of movement combining stretching and posturing in traditional asanas to improve the mind, body and
breath connection. Increase body awareness, flexibility, strength and injury prevention. Go home feeling relaxed, pain free and content.

Full-Body Workout: This 55 minute overall body workout consists of warm up and conditioning exercises for all fitness levels. After a full body
warm up, get ready to improve your coordination, body strength and cardio endurance. Please bring hand weights and mat
Fusion: 25 minutes on a step or on the floor. Improve your cardiovascular fitness with easy to follow movements from the glory days of
stepping. 25 minutes of compound strength exercises using body weight, dumbbells, balls, bands and tubes
Indoor Boot Camp: The ultimate total body workout. This class incorporates cardiovascular training, strength training, speed work, muscle
toning, conditioning, plyometric and more.
Indoor Cycle :This class is a great cardiovascular workout, as well as upper body strength training, and stretching. Pedal through climbs,
sprints, and other resistance challenges along to motiving music. All levels are welcome to join our friendly group. Remember to bring a towel
and water bottle!
Indoor Cycling: This class will get your heart pumping while you burn some serious calories. Start pedaling today and let the music take you
on an amazing ride along various terrains, speeds, and intensities. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!
Indoor Step Circuit Training: Combines cardio step movements with endurance and strength training. This class is a combination of intervals
of high intensity and followed by short intervals of recovery .
Pilates: Focusing on elongating of the muscles while also improving core strength, flexibility in the back and spine, balance in the body and
postural control. All levels welcome!
Stretch, Move & Tone: Deep stretching focused on lengthening & loosening tight muscles, improving circulation, relaxation, posture and in-
creasing energy through a combination of rhythmic coordination, stability, flexibility & fun. Choreographed and taught by Arielle Giordano.
Yoga: Yoga combines stretching and posturing to help improve the mind-body connection. Have fun and relax as you improve your flexibility,
inner strength and joints. This class is for everyone!
Zumba : A Latin-inspired dance fitness class designed for everyone. It is a cardio program that utilizes the principles of interval training through
fun, easy-to-do dance moves that work the core muscles to help improve balance, stability, and movement.
Zumba Gold : This program is designed for participants with very little experience, individuals that have physical limitations or inactive older
adults. The system was created to be easier than the basic Zumba class but just as much fun.
Zumba Gold Toning : The Zumba® Gold-Toning program offers the the exhilarating experience of a Zumba Fitness-Party with the benefits of
safe-and-effective strength training. It’s an easy-to-follow, health-boosting dance-fitness program for baby boomers as well as beginners.

Type 2 diabetes accounts for 90-95% of all diag-nosed cases. Type 1 accounts for 5-10%.
In the last 20 years the number of adults diag-nosed with diabetes has doubled as the popula-tion has aged and become overweight or obese.
More than 88 million US adults-more than a third– have prediabetes and 84% don’t know
