The lifeless body of six-year-oldBrita Douglas Trompetterwas recovered from a water

pool on a construction site in Val-halla Park over the weekend.Captain Marie Louw, spokesper-

son of Bishop Lavis police, says onFriday 17 June at about 21:00 theboy was reported missing by hismother.“According to hismother he was

last seen at 11:00 on Friday at the

skateboard park on the corners ofValhalla Drive and Angela Street,”Louw says.She explains that a search was

conducted at the sight on Friday17 June and on Saturday 18 June.“The police searched along with

residents as well as other commu-nity safety structures and also dis-tributed flyers,” Louw explains.During the search on Saturday

morning, officers found a pair ofboots next to a big pool of water.The boots were similar to what theboy was reportedly wearing whenhe went missing.“His body was discovered in the

water and recovered byCape TownFire and Rescue Services in part-nershipwithpolice and emergencyservices at about 15:15,” saysLouw.Police have opened an inquest

docket.“We would like to urge parents

and guardians to pay attention asto where and who their childrenare socialising with.“They must also warn them

about the danger of going onto aconstruction site because ifcaught, they may face trespassingcharges,” Louw says.She further adds that there is no

waiting period for anyone to reportsomeone missing.

Brita Douglas Trompetter (6) from Edward Street, Valhalla Park was reportedmissing last week and his lifeless bodywas later found in a pool of water ona construction site in Valhalla Park.

Cape Town Fire and Rescue Services in partnership with police and emergency services recovered the body of BritaDouglas Trompetter at about 15:15 on a construction site in Valhalla Park.

The R487 million project by the Depart-ment of Transport and Public Works toupgrade nine kilometres of the N1 be-tween Plattekloof Road and the Old Oakinterchange will disrupt traffic for thenext few weeks. The project is to be com-pleted in February 2019.In a statement issued by the depart-

ment, every effort will be made to mini-mise traffic disruption.This part of the freeway carries about

120 000 vehicles every day. The additionof a third lane in both directions will sig-nificantly reduce traffic congestion onone of Cape Town’s busiest roads.Shoulder closures for bridge rehabili-

tation work at the Plattekloof intersec-

N1 upgrades: traffic in a jam

Elsies River police are focusing much oftheir time and resources on clampingdown andmonitoring hotspots as gang

shootings in the area have increased.Sergeant Esmerelda Pheiffer, spokesper-

son of the Elsies River police, says there areseveral gangs stemming from a main gangthat are fighting among themselves, espe-cially in the Leonsdale area.“We have increased our patrols in that

community as we do not want the shootingto spill over into neighbouring communi-ties. By focusing our attention on this areawe hope to see a decrease in gang-relatedshootings,” she says.Pheiffer says it seems turf, power, money

and drugs are themotives for the shootings.

“We are aware why they fight, but thereis also the retaliation which comes with thegang shootings and why we have reports ofgang-related murders or attempted mur-ders in our community,” she says.In the most recent incident in Leonsdale

a 17-year-old man lost his life after he wasshot twice in the head.The incident occurred in Bourne Road in

Leonsdale on Friday at about 15:00.According to witnesses the victim was

standing in the road when he was ap-proached by two suspects and shot in thehead at point-blank range.“The victim was declared dead on the

scene. Police are investigating whether ornot the shooting was gang-related, but ac-cording to the reports thevictimwasamem-ber of the Terribles gang,” Pheiffer says.No arrests have beenmade yet, but a case

of murder has been opened.Meanwhile a 22-year-old man was rushed

to hospital after he was shot in the stomach,chest and left thigh in Epping Lane.Thevictim later died inhospital due tohis

injuries.The incident occurred at about 10:40 on

Monday 20 June.Pheiffer says according to reports the sus-

pect(s) were driving in a black Golf identi-fied by witnesses to be owned by a well-known gangster in Leonsdale.“We are investigating these reports and

whether or not the shooting was gang-relat-ed. No arrests have been made as of yet,”she says.Anyone with information on the inci-

Shootings: police on high alert

Police in the Blue Downs cluster last weekarrested a total of 562 suspects for variouscrimes.Police spokesperson Captain Nomathem-

baMuavha says police inMfuleni,Kleinvlei,KuilsRiver,ElsiesRiver,Ravensmead,Delftand Bellville South held a series of opera-tions throughout the cluster. Some of the op-erations were conducted at local shebeens.Muavhasays this followsa request by resi-

dents in the different communities for thepolice to intensify their raids. No less than11 shebeens have been closed down andmore than 2558 litres of liquor confiscated.During the raids more than 200 suspects

were arrested for the possession of drugs.Cluster commander Brigadier Hendrik

Jansen says the consumption of liquor is themain contributor to domestic violence, dis-turbing of neighbours during odd hours,robberies and rapes in the cluster.

A Kalksteenfontein man believed to be in-volved in a shooting incident was arrestedwhen the Bishop Lavis Operation CombatUnit followed up on information receivedfrom the public.Captain Marie Louw, spokesperson of

BishopLavis police, says the 38-year-old sus-pect was found in possession of an unli-censed firearm and ammunition as the com-bat unit searched a house in Stock Street.Louwsays a case of attemptedmurder and

possession of unlicensed firearm and am-munition was opened.

The Operation Combat Unit recovered thisfirearm and ammunition during a search of ahouse in Kalksteenfontein.

known lawyer from Peerless Park in Kraai-fontein for the possession of dagga.

“Wereceived informationaboutdrugsbe-ing sold from a house in Camelia Street inBonteheuwel and followed up by searchingthe house,” Louw says.Police searched the property on Tuesday

14 June at about 20:20 where the 38-year-oldman was arrested.Louw says the suspect is known for deal-

ing with cases at the Bishop Lavis Magis-trate’s Court.

Winter is upon us and the time has cometo take out the umbrellas, switch on theheaters and take out all extra blankets.For the approximate 7383 people living

on the city’s streets however, taking pre-cautionary measures against the wind,cold and rain is but amere desire – some-thing achievable depending on the gen-erosity of the public.Despite the high number of street peo-

ple, only a few shelters exist which canprovide protection against the elements.

“The City estimates there are 20 shel-ters, however the Western Cape depart-ment of social development will be bestplaced to respond as to the number ofregistered facilities,” said Suzette Little,Mayco member for social development.Lastweek at a subcouncilmeeting rep-

resentatives of the department high-lighted the importance of working to-gether in a partnership to help get home-less people off the streets andreintegrated back into their communi-ties. The officials shared informationfrom their recently compiled street peo-ple’s report – a study conducted acrossthe metropole.Little says the researchwas done to de-

termine how many people were on thestreets in order to align interventions toaddress the needs of the street people ap-propriately.“The City’s reintegration unit refers

street people, who accept offers of assist-ance, to shelters or other appropriateservices, depending on their individualneeds,” Little explains their depart-ment’s process of reintegration.During subcouncil meeting last week

the importance of the City’s local net-work of care (LNOC), a communitybased body to help with the reintegra-tion, was also pointed out. A LNOC wasestablished in Wesbank recently.A shelter which will be built in a cen-

tral area and is described as a placewhich will offer more holistic care aswell as offer skills development to streetpeople, is being planned.

Elsies River Library is hosting a fun-filled holiday programme and is invit-ing all youth, especially younger chil-

dren in the community, to join in on the fun.Julian Schroeder, a senior librarian, says

their programme entails baking classes,playing various board games, chess andreading sessions.“Wewant to ensure that wemake the pro-

gramme as fun and entertaining as possiblefor them so that they come back for the re-mainder of the holiday and when theschools open again,” he says.The programme will run fromMonday 27

June to Friday 15 July from 10:30 until 13:00.“Although the activities run until 13:00,

the library will remain open for those whowant to stay behind and read,” he says.The children will also receive a meal

which is prepared by the Friends of the El-sies River Library Association.“It is important that they start their day

with abalancedmeal andhave enough ener-gy to participate in all the activities,” hesays.Anyone who is interested in supporting

the Friends with meals or volunteering atthe library during the holiday programme,may contact the library.“We appreciate the support we get from

The Jerusalem PentecostalChurch in Matroosfonteinis calling on the public to

assist them with their commu-nity project which aims to pro-vide a hot meal to school-goingchildren.The project dubbed Love and

Care has been running at theRange Primary School in ElsiesRiver for the last two weeks.Nikki Esau, a congregant of

the church, says although theproject has only been operatingat the school for a short while,they have received overwhelm-ing support from the school.“The teachers and principal

are grateful for what we are do-ing for their learners as they seea major difference in the behav-iour of the children – all becauseof just onemeal. This iswhatwewant to see and this is why wewant to continue with thisproject,” Esau says.She says they currently feed

about 233 at the school, but hope

to expand their project to in-clude other schools in need.“Our goal is tomake a success

of this project and to ensure thatwe can continue it at the schoolbefore we can assist others,which iswhyweneed the assist-ance of the public,” she says.Esau currently funds the

project out of her own pocket.Themeals are prepared at her

own home and are transportedto the school every Wednesday.“We are in need of donations

which will not only help us tofeed more children, but also toensure that we have enoughsupplies to provide ameal to thelearners everyWednesday,” shesays.Esau urges business owners

and the public to lend a helpinghand in making a difference inthe lives of the learners.“If you are unable to support

Through a generous dona-tion the Flamingo UnitedSoccer Club in Delft will feeland look like a team withtheir new kits.This after they approached

the City of Cape Town may-or’s office to assist themwithmuch needed donations.Local ward councillor

Charles Esau handed overthe soccer kit to the value ofabout R8000 on Friday 17June. The kits include newsoccer balls, gloves, jerseys,shorts and socks.“They truly deserve to be

recognised for the hardworkand their dedication to up-lifting the youth in this com-munity where gangsterism,drugs and crime are majorproblems,” he says.Esau says the donation

will further their aim in pro-viding the youth in the com-munitywith furthering their

skills in this sport.“We havemany young soc-

cer players here in our com-munity and it is importantthat they continue to partici-pate in this sport in an effortto stay off the streets and faraway from the negative ele-ments in the community.”Many of the children who

play for the club are unableto afford a proper uniform orfees to join other clubs.However, through this

club they are able to play thegame and learn new skills.This helps keep them active.“It is not only about play-

ing soccer, but learningabout the importance ofmaking choices that will addvalue to their lives. In a clubthey find a family and areable to grow in a safe spacethrough the soccer club,”says Esau.“I hope this donation will

motivate them to continuewith the sport,” he furthersays.

Girls learn basics of practical scienceAbout 150 young girls were in-

troduced to electronics andthe basics of practical sci-

ence paving the way for youngwomen in science, technology, en-gineering and maths (Stem) duringan intensive space preparationworkshop.

The workshop was held at Air-port Industria on Youth Day.Thursday 16 June saw girls fromseveral different schools in CapeTown come together to learn a new

skill. Carla De Klerk, the SpaceProgramme manager, says theworkshop hosted by the MedoSpace programme has been de-signed to have a significant impactat a school level and ultimately inthe business and government sec-tors.

“The hope to inspire young wom-en to pursue maths and sciencesubjects in order to ultimately con-sider science, technology, engi-neering and maths as a career,” De

Klerk says.She explains that this decade-

long programme addresses theskills shortage in South Africa re-lating to Stem which will make up80% of future jobs in the countrywhich is moving forward into thefourth industrial revolution.

De Klerk says on the day of theworkshop on Thursday 16 June,the girls using home grown SouthAfrican technology to build small,programmable rovers which werecoded by the girls themselves.

The girls were then able to taketheir rovers home and are now ableto plug them into a smart phone,PC or laptop and connect them toan app and continue coding themat will.

“By teaching the girls advancedStem skills, Medo Space bringsthem even closer to being able tocontribute to the satellite pay-load,” De Klerk says.

The best of the best in the pro-gramme will eventually help in de-signing the payload for Africa’sfirst ever privately owned satellitelaunching scheduled for early in2017.

Meanwhile the youth day cele-bration was attended and ad-dressed by keynote speaker Adri-ana Marais who has qualified inthe top 100 people selected to par-ticipate in the Mars One expedi-tion.

Marais left the girls even moreinspired, if not a little awed, at theprospect that if she goes to Mars,it is to never return to earth, butto create a new frontier for the hu-man race.

De Klerk says the expedition willsend four astronauts to Mars everyfour years to establish permanentresidence, starting in 2024.

“Adriana spoke to and interact-

ed with the girls showing them avideo too of the Mars One projectthat stated ‘If we look up to anotherplanet and know that human be-ings live there, how could we notknow we are possible of any-thing?’,” she says.

The programme will runthroughout the year and will beopen to learners from any school inthe Western Cape.

Children taught‘different is cool’During the second school term,the Daniël and Friends Fund, anon-profit organisation whichprovides a holistic approach tosupporting families who havechildren with special needs,launched its “Different is cool”school awareness campaign.

“We have become increasing-ly aware of society’s mispercep-tion about people with disabili-ties, more so evident in chil-dren whose uncertainty and,sadly, sometimes negativeview of those with specialneeds is based purely on a lackof knowledge and understand-ing,” says marketing directorNicky de Beer.

With empathy and compas-sion being emotions best in-stilled at a young age, the orga-nisation created a campaignwhich could be shared withchildren of school going age ina fun, but informative way.

The entire programme,which lasts no more than fif-teen minutes and can be easilyslotted into an assembly, con-sists of a short one-act play

which touches on several as-pects regarding disabilities in-cluding the use of the word “re-tard” in a derogatory way.

“In essence it teaches thechildren to appreciate differ-ence in others,” she adds.

A short Powerpoint presenta-tion about what the Daniël andFriends Fund is about and whatit strives to achieve, along withan interactive game which en-courages the children to vieweach individual’s “packaging”in a different light, ends thepresentation.

Two music lovers are trying topass on their knowledge ofplaying various instruments

to children from Kalkfontein in abid to help keep them off the im-poverished area’s streets and alsopreventing them from getting intotrouble.

Through the Kalkfontein Out-reach Project the duo also want tohelp make a difference by teach-ing them the guitar, drums andkeyboard and hopefully help erad-icate crime, gangsterism and drugabuse, says team member ChadAndrews.

Andrews and his friend, Chad-ley Beukes, are both locals fromHighbury and belong to a bandalong with fellow band membersLaurence Nel and Aubrey Uithal-er.

Andrews is a musical graduatewho completed his studies at Stel-lenbosch University in 2015 com-pleted a Jazz Diploma at the CapeMusic Institute (CMI) in Athlonein 2014, while Beukes is in his firstyear studying the same subject at

CMI.Andrews, who started paying

interest in music at the age of 15and plays the lead guitar in theirband, says they plan to developthe community in a positive wayby offering music lessons.

“We want to uplift the children,teenagers and adults and want totake them off the streets.

“There is nothing in the area tokeep them occupied or active be-sides soccer, therefore we thoughtof starting this programme – tostabilise their minds, which issomething only music can do,”Andrews says.

He adds their aim is to teach es-pecially children to lead by exam-ple in a positive way.

The group was approached byJustin Wildebees, a communityworker, to help the children by in-tervening and teaching them mu-sical skills.

“On each and every corner wefind that there are children juststanding around, doing absolute-ly nothing with their lives.

“We want all of Kalkfontein’speople to join us in this pro-gramme,” he says.

The group will start teachingmusic lessons as soon as the localprimary school becomes availa-ble to them.

Andrew says they already havea similar project in Highbury atthe Soneike High school where alot of children have shown inter-est.

He says the project has so farbeen successful.

“We are also appealing to resi-dents who have instruments lyingaround the house to please donateit to our project. This will help usa lot,” he says.

“Ek was altyd siek en vol pyne van diedwelms. Ek moes toe my ouers alles vertel.In Januarie 2011 is ek na ’n kliniek virdwelmbehandeling,” sê die man.

Dit is op tye soos Dwelmbewusmakings-week – van 24 tot 28 Junie – dat hy sy eieen ander se gruwelstories onthou.

“Ek het begin branderplankry toe ek 10was en begin sigarette rook op 13. Op 14 hetek en my maats dagga begin rook. Op hoër-skool het ek begin raves bywoon saam metouer vriende en kennis gemaak met anderdwelms soos LSD, buttons, ecstacy, crack enheroïen,” vertel hy.

Iemand anders sê: “Die dwelmprobleemhet by my al hoe erger geword en ek hetalle dwelms probeer. Op 40 het heroïen am-per my lewe gekos toe ek vir dood in diehospitaal gelos is.”

Storie agter verslawingDaar is ’n storie agter elke verslawing,

Hy het later vir vier maande opgehou enbaie goed gedoen. Hy het ’n motorfiets ge-kry en het “lang ente gery” as hy niks ge-

Die man wat in die vroeë sewentigsKaapstad toe gekom het, en “bevryding” inalkohol gevind het, voeg by: “Vandag is ditnie virmybelangrikomdaardie jare te ont-hou nie. Daar is niks wat ek daaraan kanverandernie enekkandit nie terugkrynie.

“Wat nou vir my onmeetbaar belangrikis, is dat ek vanoggend nugter wakker ge-word het en dat ek hopelik vanaand nugtersal gaan slaap. Ná meer as 16 jaar leef eknog steeds een dag op ’n slag en ek weet dat

my nugterheid meteen onbesonne daadvan my weggeneemkan word.

“Ek het nie ‘plan-ne’ om nugter te blynie,maar slegs hier-die een wete: dat eknooit weer wildrink nie, dat ek niehierdie nuwe ‘ek’weer in drank gaanverdrink nie. My

greep kan aaklige ervarings jou elke nouen dan nugter laat skrik, soos die man ver-tel met die pa wat hom mishandel het: “Ekwas op dwelms en het by ’n prostituut ge-kuier. Tien jaar gelede het ek vir ’n agent-skap in Seepunt gewerk, wat toe een aandberoof is.

“My hande was vasgebind terwyl die ro-wers twee kollegas se kele afgesny het. Ekhet ’n hek uit sy skarniere gehardloop. La-ter het ek angsaanvalle begin kry en hetprobeer om vigs te kry sodat ek kon dood-gaan. Ek het twee jaar op straat gebly.”

Maar elkeen van die bogenoemde menseis gerehabiliteer, en kan vir nou met ’nbreë bors hul storie uitbasuin.

Theywill be able to apply for a specialvote and if successful, will be able to casttheir vote at the polling station at whichthey are registered to vote, on the specialvoting days prior to the election,” she ex-plains.Applications for this type of special votecan be done in three ways: an SMS to 32249,an online submission at www.elections.org.za, or a submission of form MEC35 atthe IEC office in Bellville or elsewhere.“A Type 2 special vote is only for the sickand housebound. In this instance, a voterwould apply for an IEC official to visit themat their home on special voting days be-cause they are not mobile and or too sickto vote on election day. TheCity of CapeTown is preparing to trackdown and prosecute callers who abuse its107 Public Emergency CommunicationCentre number.Of the 532 682 calls answered by emergen-cy operators in 2015, 102 217 or 20% wereprank calls. A look at themonthly statisticsreveals an average of just over 8500 prankcalls a month, with spikes experienced inJanuary, April and August.‘‘The calls range from emergency hoaxesto the vilest verbal abuse, but also, moredisturbingly, calls of a very perverse na-ture. It is unacceptable that our operators,who are there to do a very serious job, haveto endure this type of abuse with no re-course except to cut the call,’’ says theCity’sMaycomember for safety and securi-ty, JP Smith.‘‘Our system allows us to pick up exactlywhere the call is coming from. I have in-structed the City’s Special InvestigationsUnit to extract information on the top 10 ha-bitual offenders and lay charges in termsof national legislation that makes suchprank and hoax calls to an emergency callcentre an offence. A few well-publicisedconvictions will serve as a good deterrentif we can get them,’’ adds Smith.

Snap surveys were done be-fore the launch of the campaignin March and again on Tuesday3 May, six weeks into the cam-paign.

In the northern suburbs thesurveys took place on the cor-ner of Voortrekker and De LaRay Roads in Bellville, duringtwo time slots in peak-timemorning and afternoon traffic,with 303 vehicles observed.

According to the results thatwere released by the Depart-ment of Transport and PublicWorks last week, 72% of all thevehicle occupants were wear-ing seatbelts in the second sur-vey, compared to the 51% com-pliance rate of the pre-cam-paign survey.

In the CBD post-campaigncompliance was measured at66% – 10% higher, in Mitchell’sPlain 42% – 16% higher, and inKhayelitsha it remained 30%.

The “First Kiss” campaignwas released in March thisyear, with a hard-hitting televi-sion commercial at the core of

it. The commercial, which wasthe subject of heated public de-bate levelled at its graphic por-trayal, shows the consequencesof not buckling up.

Donald Grant, minister oftransport and public works inthe Western Cape, was elatedwith these results, saying theresult of the campaign’s impactwas successful.

“International best practiceand in-depth research into localaudience perceptions drove thedevelopment and production ofthe ad, with an impact assess-ment component built into theproject. The assessment of thecampaign’s impact has proventhat the scientific, evidencedriven methodologies em-ployed to create ‘First Kiss’ real-ly worked,” he says.

According to Grant these im-provements were driven main-ly by behaviour change in Bel-ville, the CBD and Mitchell’sPlain, with less impact recordedin Khayelitsha, despite a con-centration of outdoor advertis-ing supporting the commercialin the area.

Bronson Weir is die afrigter van die Belharrugbyklub.

Die afrigter van die Belhar-rugbyklub,Bronson Weir, is geen onbekende asdit by rugby-afrigting kom nie. Hy kan

7’s en 15’s afrig en is die afgelope ses jaar diebreier in Belhar.

“Ek is gebore en getoë in Belhar en het se-wes by die Sekondêre Skool Excelsior en ver-skeie provinsiale en internasionale spanneafgerig, terwyl ek nog steeds by ’n finansiëleinstelling gewerk het. Ek was voorheen byNedbank en is tans by Ou Mutual, een vandie borge van die klub,” sê hy.

Van die spelers wat hy onder hande gehadhet, is Justin Geduld, Cheslin Kolbe, EdwinZass en Dennis Cox in die WP se o.18-span.

Hy was ook die afrigter van die SA sewes-studentespan van 2009 tot 2011, wat die Cen-trale 7’s in Parys en Morokko gewen het. Hyhet ook Kenia Shujaa 7’s afgerig, wat dieAfrikabeker gewen het.

“Excelsior sal my altyd na aan die hart lê,want ek het baie sukses daar behaal. Ek hetook deur Afrika gereis en het afrigting inlande soos Uganda en Kenia gedoen.”

SuperligaBelhar speel in die A-kompetisie van die

WP se Superliga en die klub se sterkpunt issy hardlooprugby. Die klub spog met lojaleondersteuners wat weekliks die span komondersteun, wat bydra tot die span se suk-ses. Belhar het ook al Blitsbokke opgelewer.

“Tans oefen vyf klubspelers by die WP seamateurspan. Vanjaar is my eerste jaar ashoofafrigter van die A-span en my doelwitis om ’n sterkwenkultuur indieklub te skep,wat met dissipline, harde werk en waag-moed gepaardgaan. Ons is nog nie daar waarons wil wees nie, maar hopelik sal alles inplek val,” het Weir gesê.

Belhar het nie uitblinkers nie, maar diespan in sy geheel dra by tot die klub se suk-ses. Die klub het ’n paar sleutelspelers ver-loor en hopelik sal die jong spelers hul voetevind.

“Ons gebruik hoofsaaklik spelers uit Bel-har en omgewing en doen ’n beroep op hulleom by die klub se speelstyl in te koop en bydie klub te bly. Belhar se uiteindelik doel isom in die Gouebekerkompetisie, voorheendie Community Cup, te speel, sodat ons ta-lent op televisie gewys kan word.

“In ons wedstryd teen Tygerberg het meeras 1 000 toeskouers kom kyk en dink net watkan gebeur met televisiedekking,” sê hy.

GemeenskapsklubOmdat die klub ’n gemeenskapsklub is,

probeer hulle om meer by die omliggendeskole betrokke te raak, maar wil dit op ’ngroter skaal doen.

“Die meeste van die afrigters het ’n vol-dagwerk, wat verhoed dat hulle by skole be-trokke kan raak.

“Vir my is dit belangrik dat die jeug in Bel-har moet opkyk na die spelers, sodat hullekan sien daar is beter keuses as bendes endwelms. Wanneer ons Saterdae op die velddraf, gaan dit vir die spelers nie net oor die80 minute nie, maar jy is ’n ambassadeur virjou gemeenskap,” sê Weir.

Die klub is in 1992 deur wyle Arthur Booy-sen gestig en sy seun, Jerome, is tans die pre-sident van die klub. Jerome het in die apart-heidsjare vir Saru gespeel en Jerome Ameri-ca was een van Saru se top-skeidsregters.

Wanneer hy nie rugby afrig nie, is Weir’n gesinsman en voor hy by rugby betrokkewas, het hy met parkiete geboer. Hy het ’nvlak2-afrigterskwalifikasie vir 7’s en 15’s.

Hy lees sport-outobiografieë en is ’n adre-nalien-junkie wat lief is vir die buitelug.
