DESIGNA final breakdown of your design will be sent. Onceapproved by you, we will require a 50% deposit to be made tohold your event date.*

Once the deposit and design have been accepted, I will get towork! You will receive a final invoice one week before yourevent that will need to be paid before your event.

After the invoice is paid, I will show up & install, or we willschedule a time for pick up!

I cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or pickedup. Toddlers, tree branches, brick walls, hot cars, and nails are a few examples of

things that can pop your balloons. Once delivered, To the Moon Balloons is not heldresponsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of. If I popyour balloon(s), they will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we’re

unable to get a replacement in time.
