Unique Ice Preparation Technology for First Class Ice Cubes!

Ice-cooled pleasureChampagne, sparkling wine, and variouswhite wines need the right temperature todevelop their typical bouquet. Whether fora reception, a banquet or the „Dinner forTwo“ – the real pleasure requires crystal-clear ice cubes.

Fresh and ice-cooled seafood, fruit, saladsand juices are a special pleasure. Also here,crystal-clear, hygienically impeccable icecubes are the ideal background for extra -ordinary arrangements and demanding cus-tomers.

Quality in detailThe combination of high quality materialsand innovative ice preparation technologyturns the Top-Line units into the leading pro-ducts in ice cube preparation.

casing and storage bin of stainlesssteel

insulation free of fluorocarbon no calcification of nozzles and stirring devices

no pumps susceptible to trouble no sharp-edged ice plates no energy consuming heating wires crystal-clear, hygienically impeccable ice cubes

integrated storage bin with large storage

capacity and double bottom (for drainage of thawing water)

Extremely silentCompared with ice cube makers operatingaccording to the conventional ice prepara-tion technologies, the Top-Line ice cubemakers can hardly be heard. Anotheradvantage of this unique wave technologywhich does not cause any disturbing sprayor paddling noises. For this reason, the Top-Line ice cube makers are particularly suitablefor use in the direct vicinity of customersand personnel.

Product VarietyFor ice requirements from 24 kg to 240 kgper day, the Top-Line series offers variousmodels with different ice outputs. Due tothe compact design, suitable for the cate-ring trade, the Top-Line ice cube makers areparticularly suitable for utilization in:

hotels and restaurants pubs and discotheques cocktail bars bistros and cafés

and wherever special ice cube quality andreliable ice cube makers are required.

A pure matter of tasteRefreshments, longdrinks, and classicalcocktails become a special experience if pre-pared with perfect ice cubes. Wherever firstclass cocktails are mixed and chilled drinksare served, the quality and reliability of theWESSAMAT ice cube makers are appreciated.

Types of RefrigerationThe Top-Line ice cube makers are available:

 as air-cooled model(series L)

 as water-cooled model(series W)

as air-cooled model which can bebuilt in completely (series LE)

The decision for the most suitable variantdepends on the space required and theroom climate at the place of installation.

For free-standing installation of the so-called„table top units“, the air-cooled model isrecommended, provided there is sufficientair circulation and an ambient temperatureof max. 30° Celsius. These units do notrequire any water for cooling which positi-vely affects the operation costs.

The water-cooled units are particularly suita-ble for installation in counters and systemfurniture as well as for use in rooms withhigh ambient temperature and air humidity.Particularly for installation in the kitchenarea, the water-cooled units are to be pre-ferred for this reason.

Special installation variantsSpecial variants for installation in countersand restaurant system furniture are the LE-models of the Top-Line. Due to the innova-tive ventilation system with integrated axial-flow fan optimum air circulation can also beguaranteed if these units are built-in com-pletely.

With the LE-models, the Top-Line offersextremely economic alternatives to thewater-cooled ice cube makers which can bebuilt in.

In the modern catering trade, crystal-clear, hygienically impeccable ice cubes arean unrenouncable product. Not only the quality of the ice cubes but also the reli-ability of the ice cube maker are subject to constantly increasing requirements. The WESSAMAT Top-Line ice cube makers convince by perfect technology, durablereliability and excellent ice cube quality and without doubt they are the leadingproduct in ice cube preparation.

Due to the functionality, the reliabilityand the extremely high ice cube storagecapacity, the Top-Line ice cube makers

are particularly appreci-ated in the bulk cate-ring trade.

The Top-Line ice cubemakers are very com-pact, extremely silentand reliable. The space-saving wave technolo-gy provides the spacefor the large storagecontainers integrated inthe casing. Ice cube pro-duction is controlled viaa thermostat in the sto-rage bin. This ensuresthat always a sufficientamount of ice cubes willbe available.
