Think Enterprise provides a coordinated approach to the promotion and development of young people’s enterprise- launching in the West Midlands andreaching across the UK.

Based in Coventry, in the offices of Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, it coordinates its services through an innovative web platformoffering support and encouragement foryoung people interested in becoming self-employed or starting a business.

Think Enterprise was established by the Young People’s Enterprise Centre of Expertise(YPECOE). Based in the West Midlands, YPECOE carried out research and mapping whichhighlighted the lack of coordinated enterprise advice and support for young people. Itestabished the Young People’s Enterprise Partnership (YPEP), a representative group of 16-25’sand launched the 3% campaign - to increase the number of self-employed in the 16-24 agegroup and to increase awareness of enterprise as part of the solution to high unemploymentlevels among young people. The Think Enterprise platform has been designed by youngpeople - for young people.
