Alzheimer’s Community Care is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving families living with

Alzheimer’s disease in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. Services ensure well-being of

patients and caregivers as they maintain dignity, safety and community-based care throughout

the disease progression. Services include Specialized Alzheimer’s Day Services, Family Nurse

Consultants, 24-Hour Alzheimer’s Crisis Line (1-800-394-1771), Caregiver Support Groups, Case

Management and Community and Professional Education and Training. Services are accessible,

available and culturally sensitive to ensure that no one travels the journey through Alzheimer’s

disease alone.

Keynote SpeakerDr. Henry Calas, M.D.

Dr. Henry Calas, M.D., is a member of American Academy of Neurology and

American College of Physicians, providing patient care in both the office and at

Martin Health Systems Hospitals in Stuart, Florida.

Neurodiagnostics provides state of the art diagnostic and treatment in the office

setting, including MRI Studies, EEG Studies, and Nerve Conduction Studies.

Diagnosis and treatment of Neurological Disorders including Alzheimer’s,

Parkinson’s, Neuropathic Pain, Back Pain, Multiple Sclerosis, and Seizures.

Also treating Motor Vehicle Accidents, Brain and Spinal Cord Disorders, Migraine

Headaches, Carpal Tunnel/Tarsal Tunnel , Balance Disorder, and Myasthenia

Gravis. Referrals are seen within 48 hours.
