God is the Lord, and He revealed Himselfto us. Blessed is he who comes in the name ofthe Lord. [SAAS]

Στίχ. αʹ. Ἐξοµολογεῖσθε τῷ Κυρίῳ καὶἐπικαλεῖσθε τὸ ὄνοµα τὸ ἅγιον αὐτοῦ.

Verse 1: Give thanks to the Lord and callupon His name.

or: Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; forHis mercy endures forever.

As of the fruit of the womb, the Saintsbeing moved by the Spirit, because of theiradoption, produce His fatherly dogmas. [SD]

The netherworld below was tremblingtoday -- Hades and Death before One of theTrinity. The earth was convulsing; and thewardens of hell, seeing You, cowered in fear,yet creation all, rejoicing with the Prophets,sings an ode of triumph to You, our Redeemerand God, who now has destroyed the powerof Death. A sacrifice to God is a broken spirit, abroken and humbled heart God will notdespise.
