Welcome to the Kroc center.
Play CareThe Kroc Center provides a safe environment for your child
while you participate in any activity in the facility. Play Care
is first-come, first-served for children 3 months to 6 years.
We also have a limited child watch option for bigger kids,
ages 7-11. Space is limited. Each session is a maximum of
2-hours. Adult must remain on-site. Monthly passes are
available.

All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. #Children 4 and up are welcome with an adult. Class pass required.
Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for fitness classes is 13-14 years with an adult, and 15+
without an adult. Exceptions may be made with permission of instructor. Drop-in classes are free
for gold members. Class Passes for Silver members and non-members are available for purchase at

Boot CaMp FitneSSThis challenging strength and conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training, cardio intervals and core strengthening. A wide range of indoor and outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class.
ZuMBa™This class is a fusion of Latin and International dance music themes that create an exciting, unique and fun fitness class! The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that
tone and sculpt the body.

piCkleBallThis sport for all ages is played on a badminton court with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
ultiMate FriSBee“Dump,” “swing,” and “force” your way across the gym in this exciting, non-contact team sport. Using a 175 gram disc, players score points by passing the disc to a player in the opposing end zone, similar to an end zone in American football or rugby.

neW! BadMintonThis exciting Olympic racquet sport uses a shuttle, also called a birdie, that can have a much higher top speed than a ball but decelerates much more quickly. Points are scored when a player strikes the birdie so that it passes over the net and lands on the floor in the opponent’s side of the court. Each side may strike the birdie only once before it passes over the net. Come play this exhilarating sport and develop stamina, agility, strength and speed.

Stretching, cardio, strength, toning and flexibility activities while standing and floating suspended with your noodle in shallow and deep water…this fun workout has it all!
Boot CaMp H2oBoot Camp H2O is a high intensity water based fitness program. It is UNIQUE because it is a rigorous cross-training of swimming, water polo, water aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and cardiovascular exercises.
neW! Boot CaMp extreMeThis high intensity fun and challenging water fitness class is for the exercise enthusiast. This course will incorporate lap swimming, prolonged water treading, plyometrics on both the land and in the water.

aqua ZuMBa!™ Are you ready to add a little spice to your day? Our own Michelle and Kaila are pleased to teach this exciting form of Zumba! Zumba is a “feel-happy” work out that is good for the body and the mind.
aqua SCulpt Use the natural resistance of water, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to improve balance, core strength, stability, and enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness. Instruction can be
modified for all levels.
aqua BlaStThis high intensity water aerobics class provides routines for stretching, toning, and cardiovascular improvement. The cushioning effect of the water reduces stress on the joints, and its cooling effect keeps the body from overheating during strenuous exercises.

artHritiS aqua FitParticipants are guided through a series of movements designed by specialists, geared to reduce the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. Participants exercise to improve flexibility, strength and range of motion. Swimming skills are not required.
deep Water Cardio SCulpt Kick it up a notch with this fast, no-impact class designed to build cardiovascular strength while creating muscle tone. Participants must feel comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts and other equipment are provided on a first-come, first served basis.
Water aeroBiCSEnjoy all the benefits of a land workout without the impact on your joints. This class is taught in a shallow area and enables the participant to work at their own pace, providing an overall body workout.
tri-riVer run Be run-ready when multisport training starts with this high energy, low joint-impact class. Build endurance and reduce your chance of injury with aqua resistance training. For a greater challenge, attend either the Tri-Bike class or the Tri-Swim class the hour before. All levels/ability welcome. Class taught by USAT certified coach. Ages 15+.
riVer run ClaSS High paced and safe alternative to running outdoors. Focus on building running endurance. Not for the faint of heart.
riVer Walk ClaSSPower walk your way to a healthy lifestyle. Incorporate music and resistance motion with and against the current of our lazy river.
toddler tiMe Parents with toddlers 5 and under can explore the play area together. All members and day pass users are welcome! Class Pass not needed to play.

Water For lunCH Join us weekdays and choose Water for Lunch followed by a quick bite at your desk. Workouts are designed to rotate between long slow distances, sprints, and will even mix in some IM days. This class can be taken as a monthly program.
COming tHis sPring break!CoMMunity SWiM leSSonS Monday, March 21 & Wednesday, March 23. Ages 6+, Noon–12:25PM Come try two drop in community swim lessons during spring break! These classes are designed to evaluate your child’s abilities and comfort in the aquatic environment. Lots of fun and who knows an Olympian could be discovered! Free to members and day pass users.

BallrooM danCing Come and Swing, Fox Trot, and Waltz to your favorite ballroom tunes. Open Ballroom is not a formal dance class but a time to practice. Meet new friends, share dance steps with others and enjoy gliding across the beautiful maple wood floor. No advanced sign-up needed. Leather sole or non-marking soft sole shoes required. Age 16+ welcome.
tai CHi Join us for this Chinese exercise and martial art that is practiced in a calm and relaxed manner. Tai Chi improves balance, coordination, circulation and muscle tone while cultivating internal energy and mental awareness. Dr. Oz, America’s doctor (Oprah Winfrey show), called Tai Chi “The perfect exercise for Stress Reduction and Anti-Aging”. Now offering both beginner and advanced classes.
StretCH & tone Enjoy stretching and toning all muscle groups while you develop flexibility, strength and stamina. This class will enhance your physical and mental strength by linking flowing sequences of movement and breathing techniques. Benefits include increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. Modifications will be given to allow students of all ability levels to participate. A slower gentle approach is offered in the Gentle Stretch and Tone class. If you have any health conditions please let your instructor know prior to class.
gentle StretCH and toneThis class combines gentle stretching and toning movements with breathing techniques and is designed to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, concentration, and muscle tone. The class emphasizes proper alignment during movement postures making it a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move and learn at a slower gentler pace. This class is opened to all ability levels. If you have any health conditions please let your instructor know prior to class.
neW! extra gentle StretCH and tone This class provides an extra gentle, relaxed workout using an easy does it approach that is designed to improve posture, increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, along with breathing techniques. Students in this class have the option of sitting or standing while exercising. This class is recommended for injury recovery and for people who have physical limitations.
StretCH and tone: kidS ‘n’ MeThis class is designed for children. Kids will develop flexibility, strength, balance, listening skills and confidence in a fun social atmosphere. Children must be accompanied by an adult. (18+). Adults are encouraged to participate. Open to ages 2+.
