“Belgian people don’t know the real Turkish pizza, most Turkish pizza’s sold are not the traditional ones eh, ....., I tell the pizza we have is the real one.”
Likes it when Belgian people visit the shop and ask what she sells and how they can prepare it.‘I always explain them what my mom used to make of us.”

While travelling in Asia she took a cooking class in Thailand. Now she visits the Thai shop in the Asian street to make those dishes.
Loves the idea of going to the different cultural neighborhoods in her city but thinks they are to far and she doesn’t know which ones are the good ones

We usualy eat this dish together with a lot of other small dishes.

1. Boil the rice2. Slice the pork and Bamboo shoots (see picture for size)3. Heat the oil in a very hot cooking pan4. Put in the sliced pork 5. Poke with your chopstick to feel when its cooked, its needs to be medium rare. 6. Put in the sliced bamboo shoots7. Stir them all together for 1 minute8. Add soysauce and vinegar

- 300 gram fresh bamboo shoots - 250 gram slices pork- 3 tlp autentic taiwanese soysauce- 2 tlp chinese rice wine vinegar - 300 gram rice- 1tlp oil
