ABOUT MONETAMoneta was the prodigy of a few students back in 2009. A ground-breaking event, it has since attracted overwhelming participation, praise

and critical acclaim.

Moneta is a national level inter-collegiate carnival based on various

aspects of finance, which aims to imbibe financial and economic

sophistication in the students and change the way they perceive the

financial markets.

This is achieved through challenging competitions, stimulating seminars

and insightful workshops that Moneta is abound with.

The competitions aim at creating virtual situations that mirror the real

world, so as to educate the participants in facing as well as handling

these assessments that they may come across in todays increasingly

complex corporate culture.

The seminars and workshops target at providing a comprehensive

understanding of the financial world by fostering interactions with the

doyens of the Indian Corporate Arena.

Change is the need of the hour. Empowerment will lead to change.

We, at R. A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics have taken it upon our-

selves to promote this empowerment. With this view in mind, we proudly present

to youLearn India.Through this initiative of ours, Team Moneta will be visiting colleges across India

spreading awareness and literacy regarding financial markets and the basic financial

investments.

Our roadmap includes visiting schools and colleges across India with a view to creat-

ing financial literacy amongst the Indian Youth through cognizance regarding banks,

savings, mutual funds, investments, etc.

Besides college students, our initiative also targets budding teenagers, potential en-trepreneurs in order to prepare them to face the world out there.

We through Learn India dont aim to teach. We aim to Educate and Empower.
