Lydia, the older woman who participates in the Sembrando. Despite her age, she is a very active person, always supporting the preparation of food, care and watering the plants. She is charged with two fatherless grandchildren.

"What I earn working in the market is not enough for me to raise my grandchildren.

With the Sembrando program, my two grandchildren and I can take lunch three times a week and also receive lunch on Saturdays.

Elva: My children here not only receive their glass of milk and lunch. They also receive tutoring support, music. So I want to say thank you because it helps us.

Rosa's mother Sharon and Stephanie:“My husband is a laborer, sometimes not working. Therefore, the Sembrando project, is a great relief because there are days that do not have enough money to buy milk for my girls. I would like to work, but I have no one to care for them because they are still small. I thank God for this opportunity and all who work the project "

SEMBRANDO PROJECT IN PHILADELPHIA CONGREGATION IS DONE WITH THE SUPPORT OF TWO YOUNG WOMEN OF THE CONGREGATION, ANA LAURA AND SHAKIRA

During 2012, 55 children participated in the Sembrando project in Philadelphia receiving nutritious lunch three times a week and of the group 25 children received tutoring support and lunch on Saturdays from March to December.

On Saturdays, the children are accompanied by a teacher for recreational activities and sing and pray, thanking God for the daily bread.

Recreation is also an integral part of the support we provide to support children Sembrando Project in the Philadelphia Congregation, December 1st enjoyed a day out in the Park Las Palomas. Mothers also participated.
