Interestingly, Tettenhall isunique in England in having two village greens.

The name Tettenhall probably arose from theSaxon Teotta’s Halh, meaning ‘a sheltered place’ and now provides the inspiration for the name of this exciting new development.

Teotta Drive is within easy walking distance of a small parade of shops for everyday items and a Post Office. A wider selection

of amenities is available on the High Street. More extensive shopping and a vast array of amenities and recreational facilities areavailable in nearby Wolverhampton.

There are several very good state andindependent schools close to Teotta Drive to choose from including Tettenhall College, The King’s C.E. School, Christ Church Infantsand Juniors, St Michael’s C of E School andWoodthorne Primary School.

Recreational facilities are numerous including no less than six golf clubs including SouthStaffordshire Golf Club and WolverhamptonRacecourse. There are delightful walks along the canal and patches of open woodland thatmake Tettenhall a truly enchanting place to live.

Teotta Drive is also perfect for road travel; with the M6, M6 Toll and M54 offering fast links into Birmingham. There are also bus links to Telford and Wolverhampton.

Rail travel is a breeze with Bilbrook, Codsall and Wolverhampton Railway stations eacharound three miles from your doorstep. Fromthese stations, Birmingham New Street can bereached in around 25 minutes. Coventry andLondon Euston are also accessible in around 45 minutes and two hours respectively.

The Wolverhampton St George’s Midland Metro station is also three miles from TeottaDrive and will take you to Birmingham Snow Hill in 35 minutes.
