Our ObjectivesBusiness Objective:
To develop, coordinate, and administer quality sponsored projects administration training opportunities for research administrators at UTHealth.
Learning Objective: Cover basic to advanced level topics on UTHealth Sponsored Projects Administration policies, procedures, award lifecycle, regulatory compliance, and also provides resources and contacts for future use.
Project Time Line
• 1 Year Project Total• Brainstorming/Analysis: 2-3 months• Design/ Development: 5-6 months• Testing/Pilots: 2 months• Revisions: 1 month• Marketing: 2 months
• Follow-Up/Evaluation Phase will begin after the Launch• Marketing will take place 2 months before each training course
