After a successful installation with Whitecross Building Consultancy for Envoy, Whitecross wanted to work with Flexiform again on this installation for Syntel. With the client being overseas, we created plenty of visuals and digital mood boards for them to be able to visualise how their new space would look. The brief was for 46 workstations, with two private offices, a reception area, two meeting rooms, plenty of storage and break out spaces where available.

Flexiform used Pico desks, and Freestor Tambours to create a storage wall to partition the space. We then used Syntel’s corporate colour palette to give inspiration for fabrics and finishes on a digital mood board. Using products from our partner companies along with Flexiform’s own products, we pulled together the final proposal and installation on budget.

Freestor TamboursFlexiform side office tambour storage units was chosen for its versatility, capacity and choice of heights. Finished in a white carcass with a white tambour with a contrasting Walnut top.

Pico DeskThe bulk of the desking was Pico bench, a cost effective bench system designed to create large desk clusters using shared components. So keeping costs and installation times to a minimum, yet retaining full cable access via the integral sliding tops.

PedestalsFlexiform pedestals have a wraparound welded carcass supplied with pen trays and dividers. All pedestals were finished in matching White featuring our high quality pull back roller bearing runners.

Breakout SeatingFlexiform supplied a range of breakout seating provided by several of our partner suppliers. Each seating product was finished in contrasting Yellow and Blue to match the interior scheme.
