EDITORIAL ASSISTANTWe are seeking a responsible, punctual and
enthusiastic
individual to work in the editorial department of the
South Wales Argus from 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday.
Duties include sorting and distributing mail within a large
building, collecting, distributing and archiving editions
of local Newsquest publications, copytaking, filing,
inputting regular features and assisting newsroom staff,
providing support and holiday cover for other editorial
administration staff.
In return, we offer a friendly, lively and interesting
environment in which to work.
Applicants must have GCSE English and maths or
equivalent (grade C and above), be IT literate to A Level
IT or equivalent standard. The role requires some heavy
lifting duties.

The Person
As a Telesales Executive you will need to be self motivated and

towards achieving revenue targets. Confidence in working under

you are required
to work on team projects.
Time management is key to this role, along with being able to
adhere to
rigid deadlines. Previous sales and/or customer service
experience could beadvantageous, although this is not an essential
requirement as a comprehensive
training programme is in place. A good telephone manner coupled
with
ability to communicate clearly and concisely is fundamental to
this role.
The Package
