Water Fitness ClassesSee current Group Fitness Schedule for days and times of classes.

Our water exercise classes run on a drop-in, continuous basis. We reserve the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment (four participants or less) and change instructors as needed. Classes are free with your Membership and $10 per class for Community Participants.

AquaciseThis class is a combination of shallow and deep-water exercises. These workouts will range from low to intense cardiovascular workouts along with a variety of techniques to help increase toning, flexibility and strength. Non swimmers are welcome!

AquasaunaRelax and breath deeply. Let all the stress seep out of your body, into the warm water of our training pool. In this class we will be doing basic sauna postures which have been adapted for the water. Yoga in the pool is a great way to strengthen and stimulate your entire body, leaving you feeling relaxed and ready for your day. Non swimmers are welcome!

Deep WaterThis class is a great class for anyone who is comfortable in deep water and needs a "no impact" class. work aerobically while toning core muscles as you stabilize your body position in the water.

Max FatThis class is a fast-paced class with very little choreography. Come out and get your heart racing, increase your endurance and physical fitness. Class is held in the shallow end of the pool. Non swimmers are welcome!

SilversplashFor a soothing exercise environment, try this water exercise class. Classes are held in shallow water, so you don't need to know how to swim. A Silversneakers kickboard is used to increase strength, and for stability and balance in the water. Members with arthritis or other joint conditions will find the water comforting and the non-impact workout invigorating. This is a great class for those just getting started in water exercise.
