The Hill County Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing on a single application submit-ted by Mr. Ron Harmon.
Ron Harmon/Timber Creek Village is requesting ap-proval to build a 39-unit assisted living facility on a single 10 acre lot located directly south of the cur-rent K-Mart and Wal-Mart buildings. The property area is zoned commercial, but will have residential living, therefore the public is allowed to comment on how the facility will be built. Discussion will be held on building type, landscap-ing, drainage issues and roads during this meeting.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 5:15 p.m. in the Hill County Courthouse Base-ment Meeting Room. At this time all interested per-sons are urged to attend.
