Subject: ROTC Classroom Decommissioning Request

In particular I am concerned about the effective/efficient utilization of these classrooms as the primary issue, and the precedence it sets for other units to declare exclusive use of a room just because they can get a grant (I think engineering and maybe ag could take over campus this way). I am fine that CBE can talk about it, but I do not believe we should endorse or refute it without the sub council’s inputs and that should involve the registrar as well.
