CAN’T ARRIVE DURING YOUR CHECK-IN WINDOW?You can check-in anytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Tuesday, August 17th at the front desk of your building. Please note that a reduced number of staff will be available to assist you duringopen check-in.

ARRIVAL & PARKINGCheck-in for South Village move in starts at Garage Two. You will then be directed to the South Village residential area where you are allotted 60 minutes to unload your vehicle. At the end of your designated unloading time,you will move your vehicle back to Garage Two. Housing and Residence Life will provide shuttle buses between Garage Two and the South Village residential area throughout the day.

BE PREPAREDFlorida weather in August can be hot and unpredictable. You may need to walk long distances.Please be prepared by bringing water and your own dolly/hand truck to assist with your move-in.We will not provide these items on move-in day.
